I’m Yayi Serrano, and I’ve been the Administrative Assistant at Xcala Realty for about four years. The best part of my job is working with friends who feel like family. Being here from the beginning of Xcala’s journey has been an unforgettable experience—I’ve seen it grow from the ground up, and it’s amazing to witness how far we’ve come.

I’m skilled at working under pressure and enjoy supporting the team from behind the scenes. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family, traveling, and exploring new places. Fun fact: I live in Boston, Massachusetts! I’m also a proud wife and mother to two sons, and as a family, we’re always up for a new adventure.
