Hi, I’m Minerva, Vice President of Xcala Realty and a licensed real estate agent for almost four years. With eight years in the industry, I’ve developed a passion for finding the perfect home for my clients. A memorable moment as VP was seeing our agents come together to help launch Xcala. As an agent, I’ll never forget the joy of helping a client, who thought homeownership was out of reach, finally buy his dream home.

I love contributing creative ideas to our team and fostering collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, and relaxing with a good movie.

Fun fact: Despite my leadership role, I’m super shy! One thing I value most in working relationships is clear communication—it keeps everything running smoothly. I’m married with two wonderful kids and two dogs, making life full and rewarding!
