I’m Jean Carlos, a real estate agent at Xcala Realty for under a year. I’m passionate about meeting new people and helping both individuals and families find their perfect homes. So far, the Parade of Homes has been my most memorable experience—it was stunning, and I’m already excited for next year’s event!

I bring a positive attitude to my work. Like anyone, I have challenging days, but I trust in myself and my team to handle any situation that comes our way. Outside of work, I’m all about music—I love listening, composing, and playing instruments. I also love to travel; London, England, has been my favorite destination so far, and I’m looking forward to visiting Santiago, Dominican Republic, next.

One thing I want clients to know is that I’m a great listener. I aim to make people feel comfortable and open, so never hesitate to reach out. Personally, I’m inspired by all forms of art, from paintings to poetry, and I’m a proud dog parent to two terrier mixes who keep life fun.
