Marketing Manager

I’m Hailey Diaz, and I’ve been the Marketing Manager at Xcala Realty for a year now. I love getting creative with our posts and had an amazing time planning our 3-year anniversary celebration. My role also involves motivating our CEO, Orlando, and my cousin David, an agent at Xcala, to keep reaching new goals.

Beyond work, I enjoy watching TV and have a talent for makeup (fun fact!). I’m also a proud dog mom to Toby and Milo. I want my colleagues to know that I’m a creative thinker who’s always looking for new ways to make an impact at Xcala.
