I’m David Juarez, and I’ve spent the past four years in real estate, where I love helping clients achieve what they may have once thought was out of reach—whether it’s buying or selling a home. One of my most memorable experiences was working with a client who, after renting in North Carolina for over a decade, didn’t think he could own a home again. By connecting him to the right lender, I helped him become a homeowner once more, and seeing his excitement reminded me of why I do this.

I bring strong networking skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, always keeping my clients as my priority. I believe in open communication and transparency, and I welcome feedback so I can keep growing as an agent.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active by playing sports and going to the gym (fun fact: I can bench 225 pounds). I’m also a proud Mexican and a younger brother, and my family and I believe in putting God first. Working alongside my team at Xcala Realty has been a privilege, and I look forward to helping more people realize their real estate dreams.
